Missions
Missions is God’s heart for the world. A passion and dedication to serving the Kingdom of God as it grows through all the nations and throughout history.
We believe that the biblical mandate for missions is not limited to a few Bible verses, but rather, the whole Bible is the greater mandate.
Not only is there a biblical basis for missions, but there is an incredible need for missions. There are approximately 10,000 unreached people groups in the world today; millions of lives who have never heard the Good News even once! And millions of lives condemned for all eternity if Jesus were to return today.
The burden of responsibility is on us as the Church and we must be the ones to carry the Gospel to these people.
However, missions does not necessarily mean just “going”. Missions is caring enough about people who have not yet heard the Gospel Truth, to give your heart and whatever resources God has entrusted you with so that these unreached people groups will someday come to a saving knowledge of Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
